Sizing across brands only works through the millimetre band, never the number. Scoot Boot Classic (Regular) and Flex Boot (Regular) both publish in millimetres, so a Scoot Boot Classic (Regular) 2 (hoof length 115 to 120 mm) is matched by finding the Flex Boot (Regular) size that covers the same length.

Scoot's own rule: if the hoof is 10 mm or more wider than it is long, size on the maximum width band, not the length. A round hoof can also take a Slim as a half size.

Flex fits within plus or minus 5 mm of the listed width and no longer than the listed length. A naturally round or upright hoof wants the Flex Wide, whose length and width match, rather than the Regular.
