Sizing across brands only works through the millimetre band, never the number. Scoot Boot Classic (Regular) and Renegade Viper both publish in millimetres, so a Scoot Boot Classic (Regular) 0 (hoof length 105 to 110 mm) is matched by finding the Renegade Viper size that covers the same length.

Scoot's own rule: if the hoof is 10 mm or more wider than it is long, size on the maximum width band, not the length. A round hoof can also take a Slim as a half size.

Renegade wants 5 to 10 mm of clearance between the hoof and the boot. Do not buy the boot that equals your hoof; buy the next length or width band up within that window.
