Cavallo's mini and small-pony boot, published with full length and width bands in both Slim and Regular. The Slim shares the length band of the Regular but a narrower width, so it maps cleanly onto a narrow small hoof.
Width is measured across the widest point of the hoof on the ground surface. Length is measured from the toe to the buttress line at the back of the heel, not including the heel bulbs. Measure within two weeks of a fresh trim.
The CLB tops out around a 102 mm hoof. A pony measuring past that has outgrown the CLB and belongs in a Trek 0 or an Easyboot Mini-to-small range instead.
