Sizing across brands only works through the millimetre band, never the number. Scoot Boot Classic (Regular) and Easyboot Sneaker (Regular) both publish in millimetres, so a Scoot Boot Classic (Regular) 00 (hoof length 100 to 105 mm) is matched by finding the Easyboot Sneaker (Regular) size that covers the same length.

Scoot's own rule: if the hoof is 10 mm or more wider than it is long, size on the maximum width band, not the length. A round hoof can also take a Slim as a half size.

The Sneaker splits into Regular and Narrow. A hoof that is clearly longer than wide, or a contracted back hoof, wants the Narrow in the same length rather than the Regular.
