Cavallo Trek size 6 converted to Easyboot Epic

Sizing across brands only works through the millimetre band, never the number. Cavallo Trek and Easyboot Epic both publish in millimetres, so a Cavallo Trek 6 (hoof length 150 to 157 mm) is matched by finding the Easyboot Epic size that covers the same length.

Cavallo sizes on length, then you pick sole width. If your width is 6 mm or more under your length, choose the Slim sole in that size; otherwise the Regular sole.

Epic sizes overlap between neighbours, so a hoof on the boundary can take either size. If width and length disagree, EasyCare says size to the larger of the two.
