Sizing across brands only works through the millimetre band, never the number. Cavallo Simple Boot and Scoot Boot Classic (Regular) both publish in millimetres, so a Cavallo Simple Boot 1 (hoof length 110 to 117 mm) is matched by finding the Scoot Boot Classic (Regular) size that covers the same length.

The Simple is a square boot, width equal to length. If your hoof is clearly longer than wide, the Sport (narrower) or the Trek Slim sole fits better than the Simple.

Scoot's own rule: if the hoof is 10 mm or more wider than it is long, size on the maximum width band, not the length. A round hoof can also take a Slim as a half size.
