The narrow cut of the Sneaker, for a hoof that measures clearly longer than it is wide, and for narrower or slightly contracted back hooves. It keeps the Sneaker length bands but pulls the width in by roughly a size.
Width is measured across the widest point of the hoof on the ground surface. Length is measured from the toe to the buttress line at the back of the heel, not including the heel bulbs. Measure within two weeks of a fresh trim.
Match the Narrow on length first, then confirm the width sits inside the narrower band. A round hoof in the Narrow will pinch; that hoof wants the Regular Sneaker instead.
